Sorrel is a sweet tangy beverage infused with spices, often served during the Christmas and New Year holidays in several parts of the Caribbean. It's vivacious red color comes from steeping the sepals of a hibiscus plant.
Inspired by the joy of the season, our Founder created Spiced Sorrel Brown Sugar Body Scrub so you can enjoy the powerful effects of these natural ingredients year-round.
Ingredients include raw cane sugar, coconut oil, jojoba oil, vitamin E oil, hibiscus powder, rose water, and ginger root extract.
Hibiscus powder helps to reduce hyperpigmentation and even skin tone. The natural acids in hibiscus powder gently exfoliate the skin, removing dead skin cells improving skin texture.
Rose water is a natural hydrator that can help maintain your skin's moisture balance. It has mild astringent and antibacterial properties that can aid in calming redness, itching, and irritation.
Ginger extract brightens dull skin and increases blood circulation, which may help reduce the appearance of cellulite.
Floral notes from Roman chamomile oil, rose geranium oil and ylang ylang oils pair well with cinnamon leaf, clove and vanilla oils.
A hint of spice creates something very nice.
